The LGBT Community Center of Cleveland offers LGBTQ+ Church Hurt Groups
Church Hurt is a phrase used to describe those who have experienced emotional and psychological pain as a result of negative experiences within a religious community.
The LGBT Center and clergy from the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio are offering 2 groups open to any LGBTQ+ identifying person who is religious, spiritual, nonreligious, as well as those who love the traditions of their faith but are afraid to make a home in organized religion.

Food Pantry
- We now have three food pantries:
- delivery to the near westside of Cleveland on the 2nd and last Wednesday of the month
- a walk-in pantry at the LGBT Center in Gordon Square on the first Friday of the month from 11:00-1:00
- and now a drive-up pantry at Westlake UMC on the third Saturday of the month from 9:00-11:00am

Prayer Blankets ad Bears
Fleece prayer blankets and prayer bears are made with the love of many hands, including our kid’s ministry. The prayer blankets and bears are offered through our connection with University Hospital Rainbow Babies Hospital/MacDonald Women’s Hospital.
